Friday Theater Jams

Every Friday, 4-6pm, YTW gets together at UCC’s Refectory Stage for a mix of improv games, theatre techniques, choreography, and creative fun for youth 8 to 18. All are welcome and no previous theater experience is necessary.

This is a great way to get to know our community and decide if YTW is right for you.

Shakespeare’s Magic

Explore a world of theatrical enchantment with “Shakespeare’s Magic,” a performance workshop designed for students ages 9-18. Using Shakespeare’s use of language as a portal, performers will dive into some of William Shakespeare’s most spellbinding plays-specifically Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Tempest, and Macbeth-coupling the mischievous fairies, powerful witches and mysterious spirits with music from all over the world to create our very own, one-of-a-kind Shakespearean musical.
